Final Sale and Returns
Because trading cards and collectibles are sensitive to condition, authenticity, and randomized contents, purchases are generally final sale, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, accidental purchases, unwanted or duplicate cards, disappointment with randomized packs, failure to pull a specific card, changes in market value, or products opened or unsealed after delivery, except where required by law. This applies to booster packs, booster bundles, Elite Trainer Boxes, booster boxes, collection boxes, and other collectible products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact info@mythologystore.ca as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the affected product and its packaging or shipping label where relevant.
We will review the details and determine an appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer store credit up to the amount paid for the affected item. Where applicable law requires a refund, replacement, or another remedy, those legal rights take priority.

Packaging Condition
Minor cosmetic packaging imperfections do not automatically qualify for a return or refund. We aim to disclose known significant packaging imperfections on product listings. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Cancellations
Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel. Requests may be accommodated before fulfillment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing begins or an order ships. Any cancellation rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
Approved Refunds
If a monetary refund is approved or legally required, it will generally be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Trading Card Disclaimers
Pokémon TCG products contain randomized cards. Specific pulls, rarities, pull rates, grading results, and future resale values are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the individual product listing.
Consumer Rights and Contact
Nothing in this policy removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Canadian or Ontario consumer-protection law.
