Randomized products
Trading card products may contain randomized contents. No specific card, rarity, pull rate, grading result, resale value, or monetary return is guaranteed unless a listing explicitly states otherwise.
Pricing and orders
Prices are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. We may correct obvious pricing, inventory, or listing errors before fulfillment and may cancel and refund an affected order when necessary.
Purchase limits
We may apply reasonable per-customer or per-household purchase limits to high-demand products and may cancel duplicate or circumventing orders where necessary to keep releases fair.
Product condition
Products are sold as factory sealed unless the product page clearly states otherwise. Known material packaging damage or seal imperfections should be disclosed on the relevant listing.

MYTHOLOGY is an independent retailer. Pokémon and related names, characters, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, MYTHOLOGY is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or changes in collectible market values.
